You need ripe mangoes for the best flavor. I recommend using four medium-sized mangoes. Look for mangoes that are slightly soft to the touch. This means they're sweet and juicy. Peel and dice them into small pieces. This makes blending easier. Fresh mangoes are the star of this dessert!

Ingredients

4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1/2 cup coconut water

1/3 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Peel and dice the ripe mangoes, ensuring they are sweet and juicy for optimal flavor.

In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the diced mangoes, coconut water, honey (or agave syrup), freshly squeezed lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it transforms into a smooth and creamy consistency. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides to ensure everything is fully incorporated.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup according to your preference. Blend again briefly to mix in any additional sweetener.

Pour the luscious mango mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container, spreading it evenly for quicker freezing.

Seal the container with a lid or cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or until the sorbet is firm enough to scoop.

When you're ready to serve, remove the container from the freezer and allow the mango sorbet to sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes, so it can soften slightly for easier scooping.

Using an ice cream scoop, serve generous portions of the sorbet into bowls or elegant dessert glasses to showcase its vibrant color.

Finish with a garnish of fresh mint leaves on top, adding a pop of color and a refreshing hint of flavor.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: For an elegant touch, serve the sorbet in chilled bowls. Top each serving with a decorative mint sprig, and for an extra flair, sprinkle finely diced mango or toasted coconut flakes around the sorbet for added texture and visual appeal. Enjoy your tropical escape!
